Well I'm posting this again(and here) in the hopes that some might actually read it. If you don't know what RAGBRAI is go here first: http://www.ragbrai.org. Last year I went for a day and rode fixed without much hardship and will ride the entire week this year. Perhaps a fixed gear team could be arranged or at least a riding group created(or found!). This promises to be quite a hilly course as it's a southern route. Average mileage is 68 miles a day totaling around 500 for the week. Preparations should start in a couple months and registration is due by 04/01/08. Sam

I've heard from so many people that this ride is freakin awesome. You could totally ride it on a fixed gear.
I really want to go, but I don't know if I'll be able to swing it this year. We'll see in a month or two.
I cant go this year but will be doing it next year. I hope you find enough people!
