Singlespeed & Fixed Gear - What College Do You Go To?

I know a lot of people on here are campus bikers, but where at?

i know there are couple of us on here that go to Indiana University.

Michigan State University. I think I've seen a few bikes from this forum around campus.

I start at UC santa cruz next fall. I'm taking my last general ed class at west valley community college this semester. Spanish 001A is the only thing between me and the big time.

Next year I'll be at NYU, BU, Georgetown, George Washington, or Mcgill. Not sure which yet.
In my high school of ~90 kids there are at least 10 people who bike, probably 5 on fixed bikes.

I graduated from UCSC in 03. They sent me a letter asking me for money recently. I aint giving them **** b/c the cut down some of my favorite trees to make room for college 13 or whatever. Plus they killed the trailer park, and instituted a mandatory grades policy. But they did give me a "fiat slug" sticker, which is on my soma.

Yeah, they are sort of falling in line with most of the other uc campuses now. They still have people living in the trees though so maybe the school has a chance of keeping its uniquely santa cruz charm.

My dad went there way back when, he loved the school and it helped him get where he is today (head graphic Designer at FDIC), that being said, how do you like it?

Err, they killed the trailer park? As far as I know, it's still there. Two of my friends live there, and the front wheel of my bike came from the "trailer park bike dump".

I go to Ohio University in Athens, but I'm living in Chicago while I work-out my graduate thesis.

Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois.

I've seen a few others here, but they don't get out much and I'm told there are a couple kids at Illinois State University (just down the highway). If I ever find them I might have to throw down a skid comp.
