I already e-mailed gopro, but I figured this might actually yield a faster response.

I have an old 2GB SD card that I used with a regular digital camera. I deleted everything from the SD card and the "lock" button is off. BUT, when I record, it onlygoes to the camera's internal memory and fills up very quickly. Is there a trick to getting it to record to the SD card?

Don't know, I have a gopro camera and when I install my 2gb sd card it automatically records to that. Make sure the sd card is clicked in all the way is all I can think of. And once it is in then there should be a symbol of a sd card on the front of the camera on the lcd display.

thanks. I didn't know about the SD icon. it wasn't showing up. I tried a few other cards and they didn't work. I blew in the slot and then it did.

problem solved.
