A bit off Topic but I am riding with a couple of Scots tomorow- if they can find their bikes
Rabbie Burns and 25 january is the night that all scots celebrate Burns night. Traditional food is Haggis. Sheeps innards wrapped in a sheeps stomach. Recipes can be found here if you want to throw up.

Reason for posting this- Is that I have to go for a ride tomorrow and I do not fancy having a big meal tonight. And I am out with a Scot for a Burns Night Dinner. Plenty of Kilts about but I do like the Music so won't be bored. I think I will have to plead dietary requirements but have you ever upset a Pub full of Scots on Burns Night? Not a good idea.
Have to get out and ride tomorrow- mainly to work off the meal and the Hangover---- Oh-I forgot to mention the other scottish traditional Fare- Scotch Whisky. Weather is just not any thing like good for riding and as Saturday looks the better day- I'll have to try and get some miles in.
