Besides Ebay, where can I find a new reasonable aluminum hardtail frame & rigid fork with NO disc tabs? I have a complete LX groupo including wheelset from 10 years ago which needs a frame. Thanks!

I have always wanted to try one of these.

You would still need to pick up a fork but they are fairly reasonable. I think Supergo runs a closeout al. frame fairly regularly also.
I've seen lots of older steel rigid mtbs on ebay but not too many al. ones.
Good Luck and let us know what you come up with.

Thanks....but all these frames from Nashbar, Performance, Supergo, etc... come with disc tabs which I don't want.

why not? you dont have to use the disk tabs, and I cant imagin they would add that much weight to the bike.

Thats a really odd thing not to like. The colour of the bike is so out there. Most people don't even realize what disc tabs are haha...other than this useless post I have no idea where you can find a new alum frame with no tabs...trials bikes maybe?
