I,ve sent out about a dozen or so sets of lugs to people on this thread and just checking up on everyone to see if anyone was able to use the lugset in an application.

I am still sitting on mine waiting to find the right tubes to use, I am thinking I might use Al. I was acutally thinking about it last night. Thanks again. I hope somebody else has done something more interesting.

I'm actually gathering my materials together. Planning on a bamboo frame with the lugs. May wrap them with carbon fiber cloth for added strength and load sharing at the lug/bamboo interface. Still trying to sort out what I will use for the seat stay/chain stay parts. Aesthetically I would love to also use bamboo, but am concerned about the strength/brittleness with the smaller diameters. I may go with standard aluminum CS/CS.
Anyone out there have any resources for other CS/SS materials. I've looked over at Nova. What about any carbon fiber pre-made CS/SS tubes?
Doug, you are truly a generous man.
