Hi, everybody!
I live in São Paulo and spent some days of my week in Rio de Janeiro, good cities to ride a bike.
I've beem swimming all my life and running by the last 10 years.
When i was a teen my bike was a good company for almoust everything.
Two years ago i bought a road bike. Last year i made my first triathlon and enjoyed it a lot.
This year i'm planning to make a half iron man.
I hope to get some good tips here!
