Can anyone help with Pricing?

I have my eye on a roadbike and woundering what I should paying for it.
It's a Torelli Casa Strada Frame with all Campi parts... maybe 4 years old. Hardly ridden.
Any ideas or feedback would be greatly appreciated.

A BRAND NEW torrelli corsa strada is about 850 bucks... what kind of campy is?? if its record 10sp probalby the whole group might be like 800 - 1000 more? Hope this helps a little bit.
