Ok, so it may not be vintage or classic, but certainly no one at all would respond in some of the other forums...so,

1) Does pic 1 look like a 23" or 25" frame? I'm thinking 25" though it's listed at 23" (58-59cm).

2) Would you buy it for components/resale if it's in barely used condition (stored for 15+ years) for $100 if it doesn't fit you (I'm looking for the 23", but tempted just 'cause).

3) Pic 2 provides another angle of a simlar (much smaller) bike - any further info out there on components/geometry? I've been to Findley's Schwinn catalogs and looked at the '91...History? Quality? Seems like with '92 being the end of the line for Schwinn it's kind of a dead end for info.

4) Any other thoughts, comments, criticisms? It was going to be a fixed gear for my wife (yes, she's a giant:)...but it's too small for me even at 25":))

It is at least a 25" frame; perhaps a 27". I think I've seen an early 90s World Sport in a 27". When did Schwinn quit making the huge frames?

The best way I have figured out to judge the size of a frame…(in a side on picture) is if you know the wheel size. Expand the picture on your computer, and take an small ruler, or anything to kind of judge size by…measure the wheels on the bike, and then compare that measurement with the seat tube, and other parts of the frame that you are curious about. It’s not a perfect way to gauge, but I have found it gets you pretty close…

BTW… using my method the frame in the picture looks closer to a 25” to me.
Just my two cents.. I could be wrong. :)

Picture 1 looks like the same size as my 25" 89 Traveler

Pic one is definitely not a 23" frame measuring center of bb to top of seat tube. Looks like a 27" to me. The other one, measuring the same way, looks like a 19."

Thanks for your feedback. I guess I should have clarified that I was interested in the c2c size, but all of you have confirmed it to be larger than a 23" frame nonetheless.

definitely a 25" or bigger, parts are nothing special but in a good market you should be able to get $100 for the frame set, so the parts would be free plus the cost of your effort. And I don't think it is a '92 looks like an 80s bike to me.
