Hi there, my name is Terry Gyde and I have just joined this site. I have had 20 years coaching experience and resigned as Head Track Coach of NZ cycling last year. I have coached internationally since 1993 running the NZ Junior Prrogramme, through to the elite programme. Over that period of time I have coached and or written training programmes Olympic, World, World Cup, Junior World, and Oceania Champions as well as coached road riders on the Pro Tour who have won many top races in the US including Philly and stage placing in the Vuelta.
