I have two extra pairs of white pedal straps available, from our "coop" buy from Steven Maasland.
$8 each, plus postage ($1.50 for two pair). They're plain leather, like Christophe, but Italian-made by Bianchi Dino, not laminated or with nylon facing like the Binda straps. Stamped "Bianchi Dino/ Made in Italy" near the Cinelli (new logo) buckles, and printed "Gran Ciclismo" near the end that's exposed when in use. Pictures on Steven Maasland's Gallery page:
