I plan to upgrade later so am selling my 305. I bought it last March and have used it on my road and commuter bikes, about 2800 miles. It's in perfect working condition. Includes Edge 305, Heart Rate monitor, original box, software, handlebar mount, usb cable.

No - just the heart rate monitor. The cadence sensor can be purchased for $39 at various online stores.
