Hey all,

I have been enjoying riding the LeMond since it has gotten back from the shop with a rebuild rear wheel (got need spokes thats all) guess I should call it re-laced. Anyways it has been great fun not having spokes pop left and right! So now that we have a lot of snow on the ground here and I am getting tired of not being able to ride I am looking into rollers! I have looked at a lot and I am planning on staying with cycling for a long time so I was looking at getting some that should stand up to years of use (I hope they will stand up to that) anyways I was looking at the InsideRide E-motion Rollers http://www.insideride.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=15&Itemid=36 and I have heard great things about them. I really like the fact that they have "bumpers" anyways I am just curious if any of my fellow C&A have any experience with this system if so I would appreciate it if you could provide your input!

I wish I could afford them as I think I could really work on more of my riding skills on something that moves forward and backwards. That way I could work on standing up and sprinting to work on more intervals. I am still a novice on my rollers, with only a few hundred miles on them, but I don't do any standing/sprinting work. Only seat work for me so far, and I think the e-motion rollers would be better than my rollers.

Do you ride on any rollers now?

Rollers are a great way to improve your riding style, but if you are wanting long miles and not having to pay any attention at all, I would lean towards a trainer.

I don't currently own a set of rollers but I did have a chance to try one out at the LBS and even though I did only ride on it for about 15 minutes I though it was cool. Seems like it would be a great training tool. I am just trying to decide what kind to buy (lol)
