Hmmmmm........I did all the stuff you probably already did, BBB, Coral Yellow PAges etc...
I see nothing that would suggest they are brick&mortar.

I'm in Coral Springs. Heron Bay is a huge gated-in community, and I can guarantee you that there isn't any bike shop in there unless it's being run out of a garage, but there's no way that'd be able to fly. It's one of our many ridiculously-large planned communities.
