How about a sub-forum or sticky for those that would like help on topics, would offer helpful advice, be polite and mature, not put others down, understand that everyone doesn't know everything about mountain biking, and just want to talk about mountain biking?
I know it sounds revolutionary for a forum but just an idea.

I don't think so.. the women in that forum are far less delicate than the people that would be frequenting this new delicate newb sub-forum. Plus, much of the information in that forum is actually factual and useful (for some).

The only way you know of that site is that you are an active member of that community who has a chronic case of it.

I know of a great site that's very safe and comfortable. My 4 year old has out-grown it but when she was 18-months she thought it was a great site.
