So I broke my first chain today.
It was very old and, probably worn pretty bad.
I was just riding along to Taco Bell at about 1 in the morning
(mind you, it's about 7 deg. F out there)
and my chain just snapped and stared dragging behind.
I don't really take car of this bike as much as my other,
but I guess I need to clean my chain more...

Wow, looks like you should have thrown it out a year ago. There's really no excuse to break a chain short of something falling into your drivetrain and snapping it.

yup, that'll happen. either you have lots of salt on your roads or the last time this chain was oiled was circa 1992. i'm gonna go with the latter.
