Hi,

has anyone tried these programs and if so what are they like, results etc. I am thinking of taking the leap, but don't know whether I would be better spending my money on Chris Carmichael's DVD or the Spinnervals dvds...

Cheers
Rich

I love Graeme's DVDs and have used it for a few years. Great strength training and I've seen a lot of improvements since using them. There isn't much on the bike stuff with Graeme though (Maybe in Cyclo-Speed, I haven't used that DVD yet) it is mostly strength training.

I've never used Carmichael's DVDs or Spinnervals, but they are all on the bike workouts, so it like comparing apples and oranges.

Not sure if this helps or not.

Scott

Thanks,
I will look at his site again and see what's on offer and maybe try out one or two of the CTS or spinnverals too,.

Did you actually get some dvds or just downloads? I am a little sceptical of some of these web download type things....

I have core, zen, and speed. I probably use Zen the most, and the flexibility exercises have been invaluable to me. I no longer have back problems (which were significant) and I'm much more loose on the bike, and I'm sure that's made me faster.

I haven't used the core stuff as much as I had planned, but it's good stuff as well. I've done a bit of core and speed, but haven't done quite as much as I had hoped. My problem, not a problem with the DVDs.

Graeme's marketing is a bit over the top at times, but you can't say that he's lacking in passion.

If you follow the link from my website at http://riderx.info/blogs/riderx, I get like $2 if you buy something...
