I've come across this Bianchi on ebay and the seller seems to know very little but it's listed as a Sprint 28. I've exhausted all the resources I know of and I cannot find the corresponding model. I've asked the seller for more details but I'm not holding out for much...

Here are the pictures from the advert:

Can anyone shed any light as to what model this could be or even what era it's from. Unfortunately I have no more details to hand but the lady selling it is trying to find out more.

Early 80's entry level gas-pipe. looks like some parts have been upgraded though. Here's a catalog page showing the Sprint 81, which should be the same or close enough.

That is indeed the closest model that poses most resemblance. I think it may be too small for me anyway but it's on the final day of bidding and it's currently on £26.00, still worth a punt I suppose.

I wish I could stumble upon more bikes like that, then...
