Book - Bicycling & The Law

A while back someone posted information about a book titled “Bicycling & The Law” by Bob Mionske, JD Velo Press. While there are many books that have been produced concerning bicycling and associated laws I found this one to be on the top of the list. First let me thank that person whomever that might be. I suffer from KRAFT at times. If you have a bit of time in this cold weather I might suggest this book as it address a plethora situations. It's worth the look.

I read this this winter. While the writing wasn't great, the content was excellent! I now know much more about traffic and civil law; just enough to sound like an idiotic jackass on the internet! Seriously though, it's a nice survey of typical state and city cycling laws. And there's also info about product liability, filing cases, etc. The info on filing things isn't any good though, he just continually says "hire a lawyer." But I guess he didn't intend to write a howto practice civil cycling law book.
