Yes there are braze-ons for a rear brake. They are on the lower right side of the top tube.

mine are on the lower left hhmmmm i think mine is older though well they were on the lower left ...........

Yes, On the frameset page. It says they are on the TT !!!! Great bike

Mine arrived a week ago, with the cable braze-ons on the lower left side of the top tube... there is also a set for a water bottle cage, on the seat tube.
