I went to Harpeth bikes recently- the fit they put me in is really comfortable for me- as far as I can tell. But- they say my frame is too small. My LiteSpeed Classic (I've had about 5 years) measures a 58 and they say I need a 60 or 62. I have a "lot" of seat post showing (about 8 inches) and I have about 3 and a half inches of spacers with a stem that goes up about 45 degrees and three inches long.

I am thinking in the future about upgrading- maybe wheels and hubs, maybe a gruppo. But now I think I need another opinionon wether I really need a different frame, and just keep this bike as is for a backup bike.

So- in the Nashville area- who would you go to for a second opinion?
