Schwinn E-bike?

Does anyone know any more about this system? It looks like a good production e-bike, but I know nothing of these things.

I've been searching everywhere for the Schwinn 2007 Continental. Li-On and shaft drive - very interesting. I've not seen one yet nor heard of anyone who has.
