Southern California - Early Friday morning posing.

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

The funny thing is that my wife and I use the chairs more than my kids! I setup a computer for the kids to use on that table with the chairs but it seems that we do most of our computing on that table... surprisingly, it's very comfortable, even with my back hunched and knees in just under my chin! :D

Speaking of roadfix, what happened the the alleged "Master's" January pose? I realize ME gave people the option to make up for January, but it still shocks and disappoints me to contemplate the possibility that roadfix did no posing in January. Think of the example he is setting. Posers look up to him.
I shouldn't have to remind roadfix, but posing and slacking are not the same thing.

I am truely ashamed and dissapointed for not posting for the month of Jan. Although I posed several times during that month, I did not have my camera, especially twice after the official start of PAM. I was counting on doing my usual observatory loop, followed by some photo posing yesterday but I got completely carried away with my bathroom tiling project during the afternoon and was in no mood to ride afterwards.
Therefore, I plan on at least a couple of photo posing sessions during the month of Feb. with some bonus photos. :)

The make up posing rule for January left me very disappointed. I was hoping for a bunch of people to press through the weather trying to get their pose in.

I'm sorry, Mark, and I hope this doesn't damper your competitive spirit. I put that rule in to a) mirror Dan's rule in CAM (he allows the same due to the fact that he didn't put the thread up until the second week in January, and I didn't put the PAM thread up until a few days after that); and b) there are some of us who were injured and couldn't ride our bikes. Well, actually, since I was injured and couldn't ride MY bike, the rule was created, but let's not focus on that, shall we?
It's great to be the one who makes the rules. :D

It's not about competition. I wanted to see how hardcore people were. I was also hoping to see some dripping wet poses.

Well, I rode into work this morning (Sat) and took the long way to get a little extra mileage. And of course I went through my ritual of posing on the way in at my usual Starbucks on Sunset Bl. I have a shot from this morning's session. :D

Indeed well done. A small tip: In your Jan pose you looked happy. Happy is acceptable when posing with others (you wouldn't want to come off as an anti-social jerk) but solo poses are best when they somewhat serious, contemplative, meditative , or even better, calmly superior. Study roadfix's pose. He has all that.
