Folding Bikes - 2nd Brompton User Questionnaire

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

First of all I’d like to say thank you to all the people who
participated in the first questionnaire. After assessing the feedback
it was decided that a second one needed to be developed. Following
some comments from a couple of users I have made it an online form which should hopefully be easier to use.
Anyway, here it is. Hopefully it is a bit clearer than the last one :

Thank you very much for your time.
Any comments please feel free to email me at Mail@EJTannerDesign.co.uk

The OP is too concerned about fixing the Brompton. If you don't have all those tools, don't go off and start buying them unless you need to. If you don't abuse the bike and take care of it, there should be very little tools involved other than changing tires and brakes and cleaning/lubricating the chain.
Althought if you do leave the bike ouside, then you should buy all those tools because the crooks will damage your 1K bike while trying to steal it!

I think the OP was sampling what many do and don't do - not suggesting what they should do. Many are naturally more paranoid than others. Wasn't his original purpose to try and develop a multitool/kit that could help people just carry that?
I think it's an interesting question, but not specific to Bromptons except for perhaps having a adjustable wrench for the non-QR axles or Brompton specific spokes, and it's a waste of time to lock up the survey results in an external tool (surveymonkey) that forum-users can't see after they've contributed.
I find that a CoolTool (with headset adaptor) does just about everything I need on a Brompton, except for the flat screwdriver. http://www.valuumall.com/gerber0/g17.jpg
