I started feeling like hell last night. Feeling even worse today. I had a flu shot so I'm hoping I don't have the flu. Anybody else getting it?:(

It ran through our house last week. One of our kids got the crud for a couple of days and then my wife. Monday night it started hitting me.
I've been taking zinc & vitamin C every morning and kept it at bay, so far.
I don't know if the supplements are helping me fight it or it's just coincidence, but I'm not taking any chances. I'll be popping these pills for the rest of the season.

Wifeling's got flu - kidlet has an MRSI infection on her leg.

saw on the news the other day that the most recent flu vaccine has two a strings and one b string so apparently there are a couple b strings that can still infect people... A lot of people around my town have been getting it too

I went for a ride Monday night with a guy who was fighting getting sick. Friday I woke up with a sore throat and nasal congestion. Today it's worse. Headache, body ache, yellow-green mucus mixed with blood coming out of my nose and throat.

I fell off my unicycle, banged my knees, and scraped my palm, but otherwise I feel great. :)

I have been pretty darn sick for two weeks. I am just planning to try a lite ride this afternoon. I will take it quite easy, but not a problem on a trike.

It went through the house in Jan, I Battled that crud for 3 weeks. Still have an occasional cough. Oh, and my 6 year old came in with sore throat and cough after school today. YEAHHH!!!:(
