they tried selling their electric motors on Montague folders, and pardon the pun, but IIRC the whole thing folded.

Yeah, that sounds like the story I read. The technology sounded useful from what I remember, but I think the application hasn't yet found the right market.

i removed my posts, i wont be part of putting down someones idea. what exactly is the problem with these ebikes?
is this the ebike that has the batteries in the front hub?
