Hey guys,
I've recently been interested in getting into flatland.
I've seen guys do it, and its made me want to get back into riding.

I own a Haro Backtrail X1.
(back in the day, when I was about 15, I used to do alot of riding a the jumps etc, etc...)

anyway, I'm wondering if anyone could tell me if this bike is suitable for flatland?

edit*
actually, just realised now, this is not exactly my bike, my bikes a nyquist backtrail x1, and has a gyro and front breaks.
breaks are tekro, and fairly ****ty.

my bike does not have a freecoaster ofcourse, which is a bit of a bummer, but I figure, I'm only starting out, and as for right now, I don't REALLY need one.

Now, the X1's breaks are renound for being peices of ****..
so, for flatland, would you suggest I replace these breaks with some that actually work?
(I roll down my driveway, and my breaks won't stop me... they just slow me down... really slowly..)

any help will be appreciated.

(also, what type of tyres/wheel frame should I look for? (I'm replacing them, because they're offroad tyres, and I hear flatlanders require 100 pounds of pressure in their tires?)

thanks. :)

(I'm Australian and I live in Sydney, btw)
