Triathlon - I wimped out, Kinda. I got a new bike . But..

OK, well I finally got me a brand new bike. Bianci 928 full carbon/105 groupo. Man, I wanted a tri bike but I went to my local shop to but Chain lube and the guy is like wanna buy a new bike. I am like na I have 4 already and my wife will kill me..He said again dude seriously You need to buy a bike today. Everything 40% off......I called my wife so we could buy my son a new bike the guy is like listen what can I do? I say OK as a goof how much for the Bianci....he goes back to office space returns with a grin...I'll take $1,000 off the price.

I paid $1,300 for this bike.....full 105/full carbon, seat post carbon.......I wanted a tri bike but man I am Pumped!!!
I had to share with some one......man I am psyched..I feel bad the guy is going belly up but man if I had 3K to spend he would have sold me a Top of the line XTR Specialized Enduro and thow in 3 other bikes I just could not do it...

sounds like you got a great deal. if you're having buyer's remorse (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buyer%27s_remorse), you can always sell it and make a profit ;)

Celeste is generally the bianchi color. It's nice.

As for that bike you bought, ummmm, where is that shop again? That was a sweet deal, I would not mind picking something extra up if I got that kind of discount!!

My advice dont ever sell your merckx you will reget it. I sold mine about 5 years ago and there hasnt been a week that has gone by that i havent talked about it at least once- see here i go again

they do have another store in PA inMilford.

What's the store? I am heading to NJ soon, so it may be worth a side-trip to visit that store...
