I just noticed today that my rear wheel wobbles a little bit, like is isnt aligned properly. When i run the wheel when im not on it, i can that is not moving straight, you can visibly see that it wobbles a little bit. is it okay or is it someting i have to worry about?
Must be the week of wobbly wheels, check this thread out from earlier this week.

Probably needs to be trued.
May also be your rear hub, my old FS had a worn rear hub to the point where it wouldnt even click when freewheeling, and the rear wheel would move about 2-3cms either side if you shook it with your hand.
Id say take it to your LBS asap, i was told to ride as little as possible on my bike when that happened.
