Touring - Guided Group Tours

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Anyone have opinions, advice, recommendations on guided group tours in Europe? I am thinking of Provence or Ireland in particular, but anm open to other locations. I want to be with a group that rides together, so I am not interested in self-guided tours. One company I looked at is Iron Donkey in ireland.
This page from www.biketouringtips.com lists 9 links to bike touring companies (http://www.biketouringtips.com/Testing/searchTips.html?country=&state=&place=&id=Tour%20Planning&subtopic=15.7).
Here is a site that rates European bike touring companies (http://www.biketour-reviews.com/).

<shameless plug>Neither Ireland nor Provence, but Agile Compass http://www.agile-compass.com does supported, guided tours in the Royans-Vercors (Rhone Alpes) in southern France, and Piedmont, northwestern Italy at very affordable prices. We take no more than 8 people at a time, have starting dates every Saturday from May through September and customize our route selection day-by-day.</shameless plug>
