Wow, we have had some wicked storms here in the last couple of days. I've heard that Ga. Tn. and Al. have had some toronados ,heavy rain, and straight line winds about 60 mph. Hope those Southern folks are ok.

We have the usual flooding in Alexandria with some tree limbs down but nothing unusual for that much rain.

Yeah, it's wet here too, and the Wabash is WAY up, again!

Our back yard had so much water in it last night, I was starting to worry about ir running under the patio door!

Storms, snow, and rain make my girlfriend horny. I've been a happy man lately :) We'll never move out of Indiana!

We got hammered pretty good here near Cleveland. We had a lot of high winds and heavy thunder-bumpers. Had a few hits within 500 feet of the house. We got a direct hit on our electric fence that runs all around our yard. We are now missing about 15 ft of it. It is not just broken. 15 feet of number 12 electric fence is just gone. poof. dissapeared. It is quite impressive what a few million volts at a couple thousand amps will do.

I live about 5 miles from Atkins, Arkansas. I am planning on riding my bike that way tomorrow to help some friends clean up. I will try to bring back pictures. A co-worker was a relative of the three killed there. Our hearts and prayers go out to all that were affected by the storms.

I work at Arkansas Nuclear One. We had to downpower to around 37% and should be there for a couple of weeks due to the 500KV power lines down. These are the extremely tall lines. The plant is not happy running at that low of a power I hope we don't go off line.

you should move back to Seattle, only earthquakes and volcanoes to worry about there

you should always live up hill a ways from the river or creek, on a piece of well-drained, but not-too-steep property; I thought you were a smart man, Tom Stormcrowe.

I'm not on the Wabash.....

I'm WAY up on top of the valley wall. We just got so much rain on top of 7.5" of snow that the yard flooded. I'm about 7 miles from the riverbank and about 150' higher. By the way, it's cresting at 24.8' over flood stage this morning.

one of the tornadoes passed directly over my house... fortunately at the time it was not in contact with the ground. i had some minor roof damage and feel very blessed. the tornado sirens went off three times that night

there are 20+ dead locally.
