Ive got a few bike computer speedos

various makes

one i was trying to fit today is an ATECH 08 wireless
couldnt find there website. Tescos supermarket sells an Atech bike GPS unit
it comes up with a 4 number code to set it 2000 or something.

what would the code be?
would it be the same as another brand of computer.

as surely this is the circumference of the wheel?
so the maths chip in the computers would be wanting the same number

was fitting it to a 24 X 175 mountain bike wheel.

oh yeah got a Pro Action computer it doesnt seem to work....intermitent.
think the wires broken. Had this from new. Didnt work to well on my 3 speed BMX
It takes a 3 number code it says CM instead of MM

Most likely, the tire circumference in millimeters. You can probably use anybodys scale. If they only have 3 digits, just add a zero.

Not sure if it the same code or not but my Cateye Strada and my last computer different make both list that tire size as code as --1890--. Not sure if this will work for you or not, hope it helps.
