I wonder if you put your dad thru this HEEEEEL!:p My daughter decided to drag me to the gym a couple of weeks ago. She had a bad experience with a trainer. I guess it was more important for the trainer to try killing my daughter rather than teaching her. Trainer actually told her to give her an hour and she would kill her! I seriously worked out years ago so my daughters know I can help them out. My older daughter (26 yo) asked me to go with her as a workout partner and trainer. Couple of years ago it was my younger daughter (25 yo). She has kept it up but moved to AZ so I escaped the gym for a while. Now the older one wants to workout. Not sissy stuff but actually pumping iron with free weights. I'm actually starting to wish I had boys rather than girls. I think the girls have been tougher on me than any of the guys I've trained with!:D

She's been dragging me to the gym 4 or 5 days a week. We pump iron, then do ab workouts. Then some floor exercises. We take turns doing crunches. If I do a set, she'll top me by 5 so I need to respond by kicking it up a notch every set.:o

I have a feeling you're one of the gurls that tortured her father this way!:D

So it's been up at 5 am, work 9 hours, home to rest for one, then to the gym for some loving daughterly punishment, then out by 10-10:30 pm.

Just kidding, having fun but even if I weren't, how could I say no to a face like this?...BTW, when we're working out, the trainer just stays outta the way!:D

#1 - if that is your daughter  She is beautiful (not that I'm suprised given Gina's good looks :p)
and #2 - good. That will whip you in shape if she's dragging you to the gym. It's good for ya! ;) :D

Not Gina's. When we met 21 years ago, I had two little girls and she had two little boys. Kinda like 2/3 of the Brady Bunch, only the girls were alot tougher!:D

Oh, look at that. You must have had a prior beauty as well as your current one. ;) I'm just teasing you, Beanz, your daughter is beautiful and you had a hand in it too.

Oh, wait...that didn't come out right. :p

That's cool beanz. It inspires me to toughen up my daughter. Swim team three days a week is just NOT enough!

Good job Beanz,
Happy to hear you're getting in shape for doubles this year. You will be tough! Your daughters can ride doubles with you!

You're signed up for Butterfield?
