I can't view the link right now, but it reminds me of a funny story:
I was in a nightclub in Singapore, and the band was playing soft jazz (I think). They paused for a minute and that got my attention, so I yelled "Smoke on the water". And the guitarist gets a huge smile on his face and starts in (the band was asian and I was surprised they understood me).
His band mates stared at him like he was from another planet. He sheepishly put the guitar back down, but I applauded anyway.
