Hey everyone, I'm getting fitted for my new bike (see thread
http://www.bikeforums.net/showthread.php?s=&threadid=38293) within a few days and I'm just running over the details of every thing I want on it. I noticed an earlier thread that was talking about bars. I was just going to go with what the shop spec's on a centaur component setup Marinoni bike, then I got to thinking that perhaps there would be better options out there. The Easton bars looked to be the favourite of those who answered, but I wanted to get something that could be used with aero bars, as I'm thinking of trying out triathlon's this spring. I've yet to be fit, and from what I understand the kind of bars you get has a lot to do with how you ride and whats comfortable. Should I figure this out before looking for a specific bar? If this isn't a huge issue please recommend some for a starter cyclist!
Criterium:
-Cost can't be too high, (no pricier than the easton c-90's)
-I will use it mostly for training on so comfort is also important
-As always lower weight, reduced road buzz ideal

Thanks:beer:

I have been using the old cinelli bars for quite a while..

Since i switched to the new Specialized Body Goemetry bars, the numbness was reduced a lot..

I can go for about 20km w/o a position change..

I was amazed on the improvement.. and these bars are rather cheap -- compared to the cinellis.;)
