Well today our club did a ride up Mt Hamilton. The mercury News is doing a write up on the stage coming over Mt Hamilton for the Tour of California on the 20th. Our club was fortunate enough to have the chance to be part of the story. We climbed Mt Hamilton and the reporter followed and passed and took pictures all the way up and back down. Cant wait to see the write up.:D Fortunately the club climbers were kind and rode an easy pace. I hung with the leaders until the final mile.:o Then I was dropped like a hot potato.:eek:Oh well, I was suprised I lasted that long. They also interviewed several of us prior to the ride. Good publicity for the club, our sponsors, cycling, and the tour.
