Coffee is fantastic but this was Lime pie. The Italians make fantastic cappuchino but just needed a caffeine fix today so a strong large black coffee was on the cards. Must admit that I thought it was cheesecake but was labelled as Lime pie and it was definitely something with a lot of Citrus in it. Almost had to have doughnut to take the sourness away.

Have about 100 songs on there- Mainly Blues with a lot of John Lee Hooker--Some Queen but not very much and a lot of Status Quo. Have about 4 tunes in a row with cadence of 85 to 95 then a slow at around 70. Interspersed is the occasional 110 cadence that always seem to come on when I am feeling just a bit tired but change up a few gears to get the cadence up and it lifts the speed just a bit.
And for those that frown on I Pod use- Loose fittings earpieces and low volume so I can still hear the cars behind.
