I am considering buying a Pinarello Galileo. Does anyone have one of these ? Has anyone got an opinion as to its reliability, value-for-money, repair costs, etc.

I don't own one, but I have heard great things about it.

I am planning to get a pinarello too. I like the opera.

But I don't know anyone who rides one...

Stop it!

Suddenly, my Specialized Sirrus Hybrid just doesn't seem that special anymore... :(

Pre, did you get your pinarello there in canada, na?

I am currently looking for a Pinarello. I've seen some italian bikes but they are just too big.. You understand :D ...

I saw a Cinelli on one of the shops, but at that price :( I would get a pinarello.

Maybe you can find one without Telekom colors before long.

I've heard nothing but good about them. Check out roadbikereview.com for more info. Not sure if they have that frame reviewed there, but you'll get an idea of the quality of the bikes in general.

I have one. Love it. It is the best ride I have ever had. Past bikes were colnago super (steel), cannondale, trek. I am a big rider (225lbs 6'4") and like a stiff frame. The gallileo fits the bill. If I were smaller, I might opt for a frame with the new carbon seat stays. Some say that all aluminum bikes are a harsh ride. I don't feel that way about the Pinarello. My Cannondale CAAD 3 is much more of a sluggish and harsh ride.

Grampy I'm with you. The only Pinarella I would want is the Dogma. All I have to do to get it is hit the Lotto.
