We are finally getting a break in the weather so I am loading up my BoB with about 4 gallons of water and going for a shake down cruise on the cannondale to see what needs some attention or replaced. I'm looking forward to a good touring year this year. I hope the rest of you out there have some good weather this weekend.

I have reason to believe I'll have good weather this weekend. :D

My bicycle is in his box, my bags are packed, and if all goes well with the weather and airlines, I should be heading down the runway in 52 hours.

I'm sorry to hear about your fall!

I packed differently this time than I have on any of my other tours. I'll see how it works and I'll report back. It's a bit hard to tell, but I think the weight of my actual touring gear is lighter than in past years. And I think there will be some camping. I'll post it all on my website at some point after I get back. :)
