I found this on the Cascade bicycle club message boards:

It links a bunch of northwest bicycle maps together and makes it easier to deal with than the MetroKC .pdf files.

i've got something similar on my site, although not quite as fancy as the the MS map site.

(you can overlay the King County & Snohomish County maps on the Google Map, although the resolution sucks when you zoom in)
