Pretty bad here. A tracert times out after hitting 216.193.255.66, which is somewhere in LA. Damn left coasters.

I've noticed this problem on and off for a while now. Not sure of the core cause, but I know the tech guys have been tracking down a few issues that may or may not be the reason.

The IP search kills DB performance. But we can blame sock puppets for that.
