Here is a great bike forum however I suprise no one is talking about a safe bike transportation.
Is it safe on top of roof rack or hitch ? If you agree on-the-roof is more safe, then do you know the bike is suffering from the shock and shiver by exteamly strong upwind and turbulence?

This probably makes sense to someone out there. . .
I've never thought about my bicycle shivering in the cold updrafts of a roof carrier, But then I'm always carefull to give it a warm cup of cocoa before we set off. . .
