I've been offered a used S-Works 03 E5 frame and fork with relatively low mileage and no crashes for $600 does this seem like a good deal? (Yes I can trust the seller)

It's a good deal, but it depends on the frame size. I just bought a 56cm '03 S-Works E5 frame with the fork & FSA headset for $670. I've seen many 54cm & smaller frames for cheaper. If the frame is what you want, then I would say go for it. One last thing, Specialized just put all of their '04 S-Works on their website yesterday. You might take a look as they have made some changes and have some lesser priced S-work frames. www.specialized.com
