Some peoples names are red, some are black. Mine is red. Why is that?

Some peoples names are red, some are black. Mine is red. Why is that?
When you are online, your name will appear in red.
When you are offline, your name will appear in black.
Unless you are in 'stealth' mode, when your name will always appear in black.
