Hi i am restoreing a bike a kent bmx my problam is the front wheel haveing trouble with resetting the bearings they do not have a caseing they where loose when i took the axle out i am used to working with a caseing could someone help with this thanks.
Install cone nuts and lock nuts on one side of axle.
Fill both bearing cups with grease.
Set the wheel down flat over a gap, so you can drop the axle through the hub.
Carefully set bearings in grease
Carefully insert axle to hold bearing in cup.
Carefully turn wheel over, making sure to hold axle in place to avoid losing bearings.
Install bearing in opposite side.
Install cone nut to hold bearings.
