Foo - Brownies or cookies?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. My girlfriend (the Goddess!) just popped out 2 trays of brownies - one for us, one for her coworker's brithday!
My FOO question to all of you:
Brownies or cookies?
go ahead and feel free to add specifics to the 2 generalized treats.
I go Brownies and cold, cold milk everytime.

Definately brownies.
But then often cookies.
And as an aside, its "I couldn't care less" if you could care less, then why don't you. (just a minor pet peeve ;) )

You can have your pet peeve; it is your right as someone who sees fit to correct people's grammar across Al Gore's internet. There is a reason for everything and my reasons are to stick splinters of thought under the skin of life or just piss grammarians off...depends on the day.
Just so you know Sailguy, I am starting a team, much like the Justice League. Our purpose is to foil proper grammar usage whenever we can. You have a certain talent for this, whether you know it or not. From this day forward, I will refer to you as "The Guy Who Starts Sentences with Conjunctions Man" (we can use "TGWSSC Man" if you prefer). The choice is up to you!

Touche'. One day, I will have to learn to let things just be. I think that my grammar always, without fail, goes to pot when I mention anything about someone else's.
Upon more thought overnight, I am sticking with brownies, and pushing the cookies farther down my list.
Both.
:D
Can you bring some by where I live? I'm at the Hancock. Just drop them off with the doorman at the Delaware Place residents entrance.

Fudge brownies with chocolate chips & some nuts....they rule!
Brownies! (Double Fudge). All this is making me hungry!

Sailguy,
As a further aside, it's "definitely" instead of "definately" and it's "it's" not "its". ;)

P.S. Brownies over cookies. Brownies with vanilla ice cream over plain brownies. Chewy brownies over soft brownies. Brownies with walnuts over brownies without 'em.

Random, but related thoughts on this topic:
The brownie: very possibly nature's most perfect food.
Definition of a cookie: a small, round, flat pastry with chocolate chips. (Anything else might be good, but it is not really a cookie).
Whaddaya want for nothing? A rubber biscuit?
And...
Whaddaya want? Good grammar or good taste?

Too much chocolate???? Phrase does not compute, no matter what the context!!!! :D ;)
Brownies for me. So long as they're nice and moist, so the centre is a little bit chewy. Yummmm.......

Brownies, esp if they are gooey!!
But, I like 'em with soy milk.
Soy milk!
You tree huggin' vegan!
:D
Just kidding. Seriously, though. I can't see soy milk giving rich and delicious brownies from that....
Koffee
Home-made chocolate chip cookies with chopped peanuts. I doesn't get better than that.
By the way, raw cookie dough is not a good pre-ride food. Trust me on this one!!!
Speak for yourself, Pman!
I defy you! Cookie dough is good for just about everything, from brushing your teeth with to enemas!
;)
Koffee
Glad I did a double take on that Koffee. I thought it said brushing your teeth with enemas!
Maybe it was just me and the cookie dough then.
Pretty funny.... glad you figured it out!
Yeah, I just think you went about it all wrong- think "cookie dough is my friend" over and over again, and you'll soon find a love relationship developing to where you can take it on the road with you!
Maybe it's the brand? Did you get the tollhouse cookies or Dunkin Hines or what?
Koff
Cookies, especially if my mom is making them. She can't make brwonies to save her life. She is a very good cook, perticularly when dealing with baked goods. It's just odd. I guess I shared more than was necessary.
And either chocolate chip or peanut butter, please.
Homemade M&M cookies are the stuff that makes the world go 'round.

I am a diabetic so I avoid sweets....BUT when I do have them it's Brownies, without a doubt (afterall I'm brown :D ). The only cookies I eat, on the rare occaion that I do, are Chocolate Chip, Classic Oreos, and Girl Scout Tagalongs (they're the ones with peanut butter, right?).
Cheers,

I go for quantity so...cookies! Homemade boiled cookies, to be specific. Oats, chocolate, peanut butter, basically. Takes, literally, minutes to make and way too long to set.:( I can, and do, eat the whole batch in about a week, usually.:D Peanut butter cookies are the bomb-diggity, too!
Too many (good) brownies and I get a tummyache.:( Yeah, I know, "moderation in all things,"(except chocolate).:D

Boiled cookies?
Yup! No baking involved. All you need's a stovetop, pot and a sheet pan to drop 'em on. Of course, I always just make one big sheet and cut it up with a pizza cutter. Takes longer to cool, tho.:(
They have other names in different places, but I can't remember any off the top of my head.:)

Hmmmm....I may have to try that.
Hi,
ok, here's what you do. Buy a box of good brownie mix and a bar of cooking chocolate. Melt the amount that a typical batch of brownies calls for. I forget,, a 1/4 pound maybe. Mix that into the
brownie mix ( I get a mix with walnuts and choc chips) and cook 'em up.
Now get some Edy's French Silk ice cream (coffee ice cream with extras) and some Death by Chocolate hot fudge sauce. Hehe.
Pop the brownies out of the oven. While still hot and gooey dish them up, throw a scoop of the ice cream on, dribble the hot fudge on the ice cream and serve it to me :)
