Stem mounting Astrale 8?

Can it be done? How do people change the brackets to make them still face the right way but on the stem? I might be switching to wing bars and would need to do that.. unless i could get the bracket to go wide enough for a wing mount

On the bottom right of the 2nd page under "optional parts" it mentions part #169-9404N "Stem Mount Bracket Kit." Sounds like this may be what you're looking for.
