Lugged, please. Must be a 25. Happy to pay top dollar for the right example.

Second choice would be a Rivendell Atlantis or Canti-Rom in 64-66cm. This is second choice only because of what I expect someone to want for one of these.

Other interesting ideas welcome also.

Best bang for the buck of any touring bike made in the last 20 years, IMHO.

I don't do tig-welded steel (except for a mountain bike).

And I'm 6'4". My other bikes are 63/61 and 65/60 (racing and century bikes, respectively).
