I am a newcomer to the racing scene so forgive me for such a noob question but here it goes. If i purchase just a collegiate license, will that license allow me to race in other events that arent collegiate as well, or should i buy a cat V license and add on the collegiate? Reason i am asking is that a collegiate license by itself is half the price of the cat V price, and being on a college budget that is very helpful. Any help is greatly appreciated.
