Anyone here familiar with early Pinarello cross bikes. I just picked up a 98 steel Treviso cross bike as a project. Gonna build it into more of a road/commuter than a true cross. I noticed only one braze on, on the down tube, (on the left side). Is this common do you know? Any suggestions on bike building books??

I have one and I love it. Mine only has one as well. Not exactly sure why other than mud shedding...

One braze on is pretty typical for Pinarello. I think it is so you can use a road front mech with the normal routing.
